Introduction

Hello all,

My name is Tom Ball and I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, also know as God's Country. I am married with two girls ages 5 and 2. I am an instructor at The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. I teach the Abdomen section, Anatomy and physiology, plus many labs in different modalities. I also work casually at the SCH as a sonographer.
This like many of you I assume is my first venture into blogging. I chose this site, blogspot as it was recommended by some of our classmates as being smooth and easy to use. This was very true, the set up and navigation was very quick and simple, I was up and running in well under five minutes just as Davies and Merchant mentioned on page 27 of our text. I added a news header to my site, but got a bit overwhelmed with all the other applications I could use, so I figured that I would become more seasoned before I started cluttering up my page. Seeing as this is our introductory post, I have not played with this tool enough to grasp its full potential, but I do look forward to learning as we boldly go where I was too scared to go before...
